Purpose and lawful basis. We use what you send here to read your message and reply to it. The fields marked required (your name, e-mail, subject and message) are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. The optional fields (telephone) are not necessary for that, so they are processed under Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in being reachable by telephone when that is faster than e-mail for the person who wrote to us. You may object to that processing at any time and we will delete those fields.

If you leave a required field out, the form will not submit and we will not receive your message — there is no other consequence, and you can always e-mail us at info@2gosystems.net instead.

What happens to it. Submissions are written to our own database and are read there by our team. Outbound e-mail notification is switched off until SPF, DKIM and DMARC records exist for 2gosystems.net, so no e-mail provider processes the contents of this form. The server is operated by Hostinger International Limited in the United Kingdom. We do not disclose it to third parties for their own purposes, we do not sell it, and no decision about you is made by automated means.

Retention. We keep contact messages for 12 months from the last message in the thread. You can ask us to erase it sooner.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and a complaint to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). Because we do not rely on consent for this form, there is no consent to withdraw. Full detail: Privacy Policy.
