2. This website is information, not an offer
Nothing on 2gosystems.net — including the service descriptions, the reference architecture, the illustrative scenarios and the solution estimator — is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver. The estimator returns an indicative planning shape computed from options you select; it returns no price and creates no entitlement. A binding relationship arises only from a written statement of work signed by both parties.
3. Who we work with, and what we do not do
We contract with legal entities — companies, public bodies and other organisations — acting in the course of their business. We do not contract with consumers, and the services on this site are not consumer services.
- We do not provide consumer or home-user technical support of any kind.
- We do not perform account recovery, password resets, unlocking or credential support for any product or service.
- We do not offer remote access, device clean-up, virus removal or PC repair services.
- We are not a helpdesk for, an agent of, or affiliated with Microsoft, Google, Apple, Amazon or any other software vendor, and we do not act on their behalf.
- We do not sell software licences, subscriptions or hardware, and we do not take payment for support incidents.
- We contract with legal entities only. Engagements begin with a written statement of work; nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
We also decline engagements in sectors we are not equipped to serve responsibly, including gambling and betting platforms, adult content, the giving of regulated financial or investment advice, the practice of medicine or the provision of diagnostic medical advice, and any system whose primary purpose is to evade legal obligations or to enable unsolicited bulk messaging. Where regulated software is involved, the client remains responsible for obtaining and holding the relevant authorisations; we build to a specification and do not act as, or on behalf of, a regulated entity.
4. Use of this website
You may read, print and share these pages. You may not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, submit the forms by automated means, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorised to reach. The forms are rate-limited and abusive submissions are discarded.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, code and copy of this website belong to 2GO Systems OÜ unless attributed otherwise. Third-party names, marks and technology names used on this site — including cloud platforms, frameworks and databases — belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively to indicate technical capability. Their use implies no partnership, endorsement, certification or affiliation of any kind.
In an engagement, intellectual property in the work we produce for a client transfers to that client on the terms of the statement of work, ordinarily on payment. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, techniques and non-client-specific components. We do not publish a client’s name, logo or materials without that client’s written agreement — which is why no such material appears on this site.
6. Liability
This website is provided as it is. We take care that the information here is accurate and current, and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that the site is uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent Estonian law permits we exclude liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of information published here.
Liability in an engagement is governed by the statement of work for that engagement, which sets out the applicable limits, the warranty period and the acceptance procedure. Nothing in these terms or in any statement of work excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Data protection
Personal data submitted through this site is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Where an engagement involves us processing personal data on a client’s behalf, we act as processor under a written agreement satisfying Article 28 GDPR, concluded before that processing begins.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any engagement are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be settled between the parties fall to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn, unless the statement of work provides otherwise. Because we contract only with business customers, consumer dispute-resolution procedures do not apply.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as our services change. The version identifier above changes with them. A change to these terms does not alter a statement of work already signed.
